PL70 pattern

The PL70 ceiling panel is organized around a radiating foliated star motif that fuses 17th–18th century European Baroque / Rococo ornament with echoes of Moorish eight-point stars. At the center, an eight-point floral rosette spreads outward, recalling the star-shaped rosettes of Gothic and Renaissance rose windows while using layered acanthus and palmette leaves to symbolize light and abundance. From this core, foliage extends along the diagonals and cross axes, creating a field of arabesque scrollwork similar to the ceiling and pressed-metal patterns popular in Louis XV and Victorian interiors.
